"27 June 2002

The Water Pressure Group formally requests the Prime Minister and
MP for Mt Albert Helen Clark to ask the Attorney-General Margaret
Wilson to reverse her decision and sue for an injunction to restrain
the commission of a public nuisance, being the use of the Waikato
river as a raw source of drinking water for people of Auckland.

We provide this further evidence to show that the public health risks
have not been assessed, managed or minimised.

We want 'best raw water first' to minimise the risk to public health.
